Dale Scott has had over thirty five years experience in the I.T. field, specializing in enterprise change management, software development management and startups of I.T. organizations, data centers and infrastructure. His experience has been in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, logistics, international trade, process and product engineering, Artificial Intelligence, environmental management and law enforcement. Dale possesses a combination of technical understanding, "soft skills" and practical experience which has enabled him to guide his clients to smoothly transition their organizations into new systems, infrastructure and operational changes. His commercial background includes work at Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, Digital Equipment, S.A.I.C. and Northup-Grumman; among others. He has also worked with the United States Air Force, State Department, DOE and USPS.

Chris Bourne

Colonel Christopher Bourne, US Marine Corps (Ret.) served as an infantry officer during a 28-year active-duty career that included command at every level, numerous overseas deployments and combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. In his final assignment, he served as Chief Training Officer and Chief Technology Officer at a major command, responsible for advanced training, wargaming and simulations, and the experimentation and fielding process for new equipment, tactics, and operational procedures. Upon leaving active duty, Chris helped launch a Washington, DC based consulting practice providing business development and federal marketing services. He served as National Director of Policy on the presidential campaign of Dr. Ben Carson and joined the Department of Housing and Urban Development as a Senior Policy Advisor to Secretary Carson in June 2017. He subsequently conceived and formed the Office of Innovation, becoming the Department’s first Deputy Assistant Secretary for Innovation. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University, a master’s degree in Military Studies from the Marine Corps Command and Staff College, and a master’s degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College in Washington, DC.

He founded Senses Global Corporation, a multinational technology company specializing in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Human Augmentation, and Smart Robots. Prior to this he served as the president of CATE Global, a think tank focusing on bringing world-class expertise to clients and projects in China, USA, and the rest of the world. He also served as the CEO of Motiveware Technology, a company developing technologies and standards for mobile internet, location based services, connected vehicles, drones, and 3D printing. Prior to that he worked for IBM Research as a research scientist and was a key contributor to IBM IoT Technology Center. He is experienced in the patent process and invention development. He has filed numerous patents and received many IBM Invention Achievement awards and IBM High Value Patent awards. He has published extensively in referred conferences and journals, and he has organized many major conferences as general chair or program chair.

Alex Lee is a principal consultant at TechIPm LLC, which is a professional consulting and incubating firm in digital technology innovation and related IP development and a founder of ESG Digital Transformation (ESGDX) Forum. His current focus is the applications of digital/information technology such as metaverse/digital twins/AI/blockchain/IoT for innovation in ESG sustainability management and investing to provide an innovative framework and solutions for sustainable enterprise development. He is a technology innovation and strategy professional with nearly 30 years of experiences and expertise in high technology such as digital/software technology, telecommunications, information technology, semiconductor electronics, and cybersecurity as a researcher, university professor, government officer, business executive, and legal expert in the US and S. Korea He earned Ph.D. in physics from the Johns Hopkins University, J.D. from the Suffolk University Law School, and Strategy and Innovation Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Program. He is a New York State attorney, US patent attorney, and Certified Licensing Professional (CLP).

Born and raised in Germany, Dr. Joachim Taiber enjoyed his academic training at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ), Switzerland, where he graduated with a master degree in mechanical engineering in 1991 and then completed his PhD degree in Technical Sciences in 1996. In January 2016 Dr. Taiber was appointed CTO of the International Transportation Innovation Center (ITIC), a special purpose non-profit organization headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, where he is focused on developing and applying innovative methods of system validation for connected, automated, shared and sustainable forms of mobility both with industrial and academic partners. He also initiated a global consortium effort for the design and operation of smart mobility testbeds led by SAE International (International Alliance for Mobility Testing and Standardization - see iamts.org). Via his private consulting practice he is involved in the development, implementation and operation of open and closed mobility testbeds both at a national and international scale. Via his private venture practice he engages in the development of new mobility related businesses. He continues to serve Clemson University as adjunct professor at CU-ICAR. Furthermore he acts as smart mobility advisor of the IOTA Foundation (blockchain and distributed ledger technologies) and is active in transportation related standards development efforts both at SAE and IEEE. He is also member of the advisory board of the Peace Innovation Foundation which works closely with the UN.

Manuel Vexler

He tutored over 1,300 business managers and executives from over 50 nations at Cornell.
